Coping with Emotional Distress

Having a family member who struggles with emotional issues is not easy. It is a burden that the whole family shares. For the families we work with at Logan River Academy, this issue is all too real and often too difficult to describe to those who haven’t experienced it first-hand. The article included here gives families suffering from emotional issues some ideas to help alleviate some of the stress, and, hopefully, help the suffering ones move closer to healing.
