Logan
River Academy is proud to announce that we have earned the Behavioral Health
Care Accreditation and Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission. The
accreditation process consisted of a rigorous 3-day onsite survey conducted in
February of 2018.
“Since
our inception in 2000, Logan River Academy has strived to provide the highest
and most ethical level of care possible to the students and families we serve.
This accreditation is further evidence that we are doing just that,” said Larry
Carter, Founder and Executive Director of Logan River Academy. “We look forward
to implementing the Joint Commission’s recommendations and raising the bar even
further for ourselves.”
“Joint
Commission accreditation provides behavioral health care organizations with the
processes needed to improve in a variety of areas related to the care of
individuals and their families,” said Julia Finken, RN, BSN, MBA, CSSBB, CPHQ, Executive
Director, Behavioral Health Care Accreditation Program, The Joint Commission.
“We commend Logan River Academy for its efforts to elevate the standard of care
it provides and to instill confidence in the community it serves.”
